Chris qualified at the University of Westminster in 1985, becoming a chartered architect in 1989. He has previously worked for several large private architectural practices, specialising in residential and mixed-use developments, working at all stages from master-planning through to works on site. During the latter half of his working experience, Chris has focussed on the implementation side of design and has led many projects from design concept through to realisation.
Since joining Formation Architects Chris has used his technical background and considerable project experience to reinforce the company’s ability to design and deliver substantial projects. He currently runs an architectural team undertaking a number of new build and refurbishment, residentially led projects, and is the lead architect on the Lot’s Road Power Station refurbishment project.
Chris’s objective remains to assist the practice in the successful implementation of design concepts, improve technical standards and procedures during delivery whilst promoting the company’s involvement with environmental and sustainable design issues.
