Experience

Clementine has worked on several restoration projects since joining Formation Architects in March 2008.  This has focused on high quality residential restoration projects such as the Grade II listed Dudley House along with the refurbishment of a Victorian terrace converted into high-end residential flats in Connaught Place.

She has also worked on the conversion of a 25,000ft grade II listed building in Belgrave back to a single occupancy dwelling.

Clementine is currently working on the conversion and adaptation of 11 Upper Phillimore Gardens. This project also comprises the creation of a significant new basement area as well as part demolition and rebuilding above ground of a former artist’s studio dwelling to create a new subsidiary accommodation linked to provide one single dwelling within the whole site of 11 Upper Phillimore Gardens. This project has allowed her to flourish while working closely with the design team and contractors.

During the two and half years spent working on this latest project Clementine has been promoted Associate at the beginning of 2016.
