Albion House

Albion House is a large office and mixed-use development, built in the 1960s, close to the western entrance of Woking Staion. Our scheme, which has received Planning Permission, is to refurbish and re-clad the existing office and retail building to provide 50,000 sqft of Grade A office space.
The prominent location of Albion House at the entrance to Woking’s commercial centre means that the redevelopment offers opportunities to make a number of improvements.
