Hayes Court, a Grade II listed building, was built in 1770s and set within a large landscaped garden. Originally a private house, it had been developed over many years and served as a school and more recently as a Union Headquarters.
Developer London Square is returning the building to its original residential function and converting it into 8 high quality apartments.
15 new build houses have been added to the site, retaining the landscape setting and enhancing the setting of the listed building.
