Formation Architects is appointed as Executive Architect, working in collaboration with Collett-Zarzycki and Gumuchdjian Architects to create seven luxury dwellings and two villas within the retained walls of the former Jamahiriya School, situated on Glebe Place, Chelsea.

Whilst the existing brick facades will be maintained and restored, the project will include extensive remodelling and extensions to the existing roofs of the school building. Excavation to form lower ground floor and subterranean levels will further provide accommodation for private leisure facilities and car parking. Two new build villas will be constructed within the secluded grounds together with a new gate house onto Old Church Street.

Planning Permission granted.
Construction is underway, with completion set for mid 2016.
