“It’s the best way to go to MIPIM
I simply love riding my bike, and by joining the ‘Cycle to MIPIM’ I get to share my passion as well raising lots of money for Coram and I make lots of new friends. The most extraordinary networking and the closest cycling experience to being in the Tour de France that you will ever have” – Christian Spencer-Davies – Founder of A Models

Congratulations to Christian Spencer-Davies – Founder of A Models for again cycling a colossal 1500KM from London to Cannes for Coram

Our Directors Tim and Neil attended MIPIM this year – it certainly was a busy one for us and Formation Architects are delighted to sponsor Christian.

Christian, a Club peloton veteran has been riding to MIPIM for 9 years and has so far over the years cycled 10,000 KMs for Coram.

Bill Hughes, Head of LGIM Real Assets, said, “This year’s Cycle to MIPIM didn’t just build on last year’s, it doubled it – a major logistical feat which allowed much greater industry participation. It was fantastic to welcome so many new faces to the ride. Cycle to MIPIM is an intimidating challenge for those that have never done it before – and even those that have – but the support we received makes the challenge possible.”

Formation Architects are an Employee Owned Trust. We operate a Cycle to Work scheme and we have recently completed the UK’s Largest Cycle Park in Cambridge that houses 2850 bikes.

‘We are proud to have had the opportunity to design this “box of tricks” and hope that cycle parks like this will become the new norm.’ Michael Richter – Director Formation Architects

‘This building is unique: it houses the largest cycle park in the UK, a 231 bedroom hotel and retail fronting to the new Station Square,’.
