Formation Architects were appointed as Executive Architects to work in collaboration with the New York-based interior designer Peter Marino. The project was to create a single private residence in an existing building on a prominent site in Belgravia.

During the last century the existing Grade II Listed building and associated mews has been subjected to many improvised, impromptu alterations and changes of use. This included sub-dividing the building into self-contained apartments and cellular commercial and office uses.


Notwithstanding this, much of the original building fabric, finishes and fittings were retained as part of the re-instatement, conversion and extension to create a new family town house.
