This residential development is located along one of the main thoroughfares of the Borough of Kingston upon Thames, south-west London.

The scale of the building relates to its location and addresses the different conditions along the main road and towards the rear of the site, where the four storey block is reduced to a row of terraced houses.

The internal courtyard features a landscaped communal area and a bespoke 3 bed patio house.

External detailing and materials have been chosen to respond to the character of the locality and respect its character.
