Formation Architects designed and built this multi award winning scheme comprising of 128 houses and flats for Homes by Skanska.

The scheme was developed to set a quality benchmark for Skanska’s future developments and is designed to meet Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4 with one detached house designed to Code level 5.

All dwellings have a floor to ceiling height of 2.7m with 2.9m in the larger 4-bed house living-rooms.

Private gardens of the 4 bed houses are complemented with terraces on the first and second floor creating an interlocking play of external and internal spaces.
The specifications were developed in line with Skanska’s brand building on the Scandinavian heritage of the company.

Phase I was completed in September 2013, phase II was completed late 2014.
