The commission comprises designs for a complex curved building of 7 storeys with contrasting brick detailing and timber & metal clad penthouse apartments; a smaller 5 storey apartment block of 24 units with dark brick elevations contrasting with expressed metal balconies; a low rise commercial building including a crèche and community centre with three floors of car parking above.

The team successfully overcame the difficulties of dealing with the complex geometry of the buildings and a requirement to fit between a number of completed buildings, within the development, combined with a fast track programme of design delivery and construction.
