Experience:

Anastasia joined Formation Architects as a Part II student in 2016 and qualified as an Architect in 2019. Since joining Formation Architects, Anastasia has developed her leadership role and technical Listed Building experience, working closely with private clients, specialist consultants, Interior Designers, as well as contractors and sub-contractors.

Project experience includes The Glebe, a large prime residential scheme in Chelsea, a Grade II listed former school building. Anastasia was involved in the coordinated construction packages of the design intent with four separate Interior Designers (working on different parts of the building).

Anastasia continued her experience at Carlton House Terrace, a Grade I listed restoration, conversion, and sub-basement extension within the Crown Estate. She set up the project and was involved in preparing construction packages whilst coordinating new planning applications and discharge of conditions and demolition site works. More recently she was the Project Architect for a refurbishment and new extension to a Grade-II listed Georgian property in the Royal borough of Chelsea & Kensington. Her role involved managing the client team to achieve an ambitious planning application in which she coordinated the construction package with specialist consultants and an interior designer.

Currently, she is Project Leader at 9 Mill Bank, a Grade-II listed building of existing and new build in Westminster consisting of 167 units including 5 x heritage units. Anastasia is managing a design team to coordinate additional construction information to facilitate the demanding deliverables on site.
