We follow our clients wherever they find sites and often assist them in calculating capacity. Over the years we have worked in most of the London boroughs and have detailed knowledge of many, having established excellent working relationships with several planning departments.

Because our work spans the full spectrum of housing need and all types of tenure, we are attuned to the level of specification that is appropriate to a particular site. We design inspiring practical apartment buildings which integrate well into their local context wherever that may be.
