Experience:
Luis Perezabad spent the first years of his career in Spain working with Trasdos Architects on diverse social housing and elderly care residential projects in Arguedas, Navarra and L’Ametlla de Mar, Tarragona.
Luis joined Formation Architects in 2013 and has worked on several new-build residential / mixed use schemes such as Bolingbroke Park (housing development comprising 231 dwellings within 4 storey high apartment buildings and 69 terraced and semi-detached houses), Stanmore Place (127 apartments, commercial space and car park), Southall Waterside (mixed use building with commercial uses to the basement and ground floor and 101 residential dwellings to the upper floors), Lots Road Power Station (new-build, primarily residential scheme within retained heritage facades) and Oval Village (mixed use scheme with 344 residential dwellings and commercial and office space).
Mainly part of the Shell and Core teams in the above projects, Luis has focused his professional development on the coordination, design and implementation of the external envelope packages.
