Experience:

Magdalena has had over 15 years’ experience working on a variety of projects in the residential, office and hotel sectors. She has run technical packages for construction phases of projects for both traditional listed buildings and contemporary new build projects.

In recent years she has played a leading role within a large team for grade I listed residential restoration project and provided a full tender and construction packages for a 6 storey new office building in Cambridge. She has spent 10 years working on the construction delivery and technical coordination of The Glebe in Chelsea, specifically running the restoration and conversion of a former Edwardian School, converted from the existing five-storey brick building into seven luxury apartments. The scheme also included a roof extension and excavation to form a subterranean and lower ground levels to accommodate plant.

Other recent projects include Audley Square House and the construction and delivery of Oval Village in Kennington for Berkeley Homes.
