Experience

Piotr graduated from the Technical University of Gdansk (Poland) in 1999 with master’s degree in architecture and qualified in 2006 via Part 3 exams with the RIAI in Dublin. Piotr has been registered with the ARB since 2014.

Piotr’s experience as a licenced architect spans three countries, and sectors including residential, healthcare, hospitality, and pharma. He has worked as a sole practitioner and for architectural practices hundreds strong, on projects ranging from house extensions up to city centre hospitals of £350m contract value, through all stages from feasibility all the way to completion.

Regardless of type, stage or context of a project, Piotr’s focus remained the design of highest quality. To achieve that end Piotr’s is always endeavouring to master the best available tools, from pens and pencils, through BIM, to scripting and programming.

With Formation Architects since 2019, Piotr is a job runner specialising in leading mainstream residential delivery projects. He sees teamwork as the number one determinant of project success and strives develop and maintain outstanding quality relationships with both clients and consultant teams.

He is currently working on Oval Village project for Berkeley Homes, a city centre mixed use, residential focused scheme. Piotr has led the Stages 3 and 4 of Block G design (184 units) and is now leading Block C (92 units).

In his spare time, Piotr studies classical guitar at London’s City Lit.
