Experience:
Ross achieved his BSc (Hons) at the University of Bath, a degree programme which allowed time for professional experience, granting him opportunities to work for practices in Somerset, Devon and Dresden, Germany. Following his undergraduate degree Ross joined Formation Architects in 2011 working on multiple planning applications for hotel and residential schemes predominantly in London and Cambridge before completing his Part II and Part III professional qualifications. Ross returned to Formation Architects in 2014 and has become a valuable member of the high-end residential team, working for developers and private Clients on both new-build and heritage projects.
Ross has years of on-site experience working with consultants and sub-contractors alike, finding creative solutions to technical challenges that are aesthetically pleasing and meet the Client’s aspirations. With a developing detailed knowledge of building envelope, landscape and interior design his strengths also include excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to foster positive and friendly working relationships across the project spectrum. He has been involved in projects throughout the various design stages, from planning through to completion and has experience working with listed buildings in highly sensitive locations. Notable projects include: The Glebe and 1 Carlton House Terrace.
