Formation Architects and Martin Kemp Design were appointed to deliver the full refurbishment of the Nash-designed property returning the much-altered building to its original purpose – a grand family house.



The project involves extensive basement excavation works beneath the Grade 1 listed property as well as the creation of a new swimming pool, and a glass roof terrace.
