This bold, contemporary new home is located in the heart of Knightsbridge close to Harrods. The project will be one of the finest examples of a new-build, super-prime project in the centre of London.

The owner chose the Seattle-based architect Olson Kundig to do the concept design and secure a Planning Permission. Formation Architects were appointed to collaborate with the American practice to implement the consent, taking the project from RIBA Stage 3 including full Spatial Coordination through Stage 4 Technical Design and on to completion.


Working directly with Rigby & Rigby’s Contracting and Interiors team, the construction work began with the demolition of the two existing dwellings on the site. This was followed by the excavation of a multi-level basement to accommodate swimming pool, cinema and other facilities as well as parking.

The building is completed with a new three storey structure above ground comprising one luxury dwelling and two apartments.
