The project has two main elements: a new building known as Millbank quarter (formerly known as Ergon House); and the refurbishment of an existing listed building called Millbank Residences. There is a third, smaller, building called the Gatehouse and also a shared basement below the entire site, which contains car and cycle parking, plant rooms and the Business & Leisure Suite.
