Albion House is a large office and mixed-use development close to the western entrance of Woking Station and provides 50,000 sqft of Grade A office space. In the wider context of the local area, this scheme is part of wider regeneration, which is transforming the centre of Woking.

The project scope has included the refurbishment and re-cladding of an existing 1960's office building and incorporates retail at the ground floor.
