Formation Architects have completed Stage 3 design on a new 201 space multi-storey car park for Network Rail with a 141 room Aparthotel above it. Combined floor area of 12,961 sqft.

This building together with a new office building opposite link the urban station area with the low density Conservation Area to the north and required a sensitive design approach. The scheme incorporates a dedicated cycle route and future cycle infrastructure connections as part of the Chisholm Trail.

The scheme has been approved for planning and construction is due to start on site in early 2023.
