The site is located on the Southern side of heath Road, within the Ashburnham Triangle Conservation Area and a short walk from Deptford Bridge station.

The proposal delivers 24 apartments within a new building with a sensitive design that relates to the immediate context both in massing and architectural language.

Full planning consent was granted in early 2018.
