Formation Architects have been appointed to deliver the first phase of the Ballymore Brentford High Street and Waterfront project from Stage 3.

The Project will create a high density low rise mixed use waterside community bounded to the north by the revitalised High Street and to the south by the rediscovered waterways. A series of yards and lanes will seamlessly reconnect the High Street with the waterfront.


The designs have been taken to Stage 3 by Allford Hall Monaghan Morris, Glenn Howells Architects and MaccreanorLavington. The development combines residential, retail, community and leisure use.

There are approximately 14,000 m2 of new retail, as well as leisure and commercial uses, and a gym / leisure centre. It retains and re-uses several heritage buildings.


Block K was completed in November 2022 and Block B approaching practical completion.
