Dropmore Estate is a 200-acre private country estate in Berkshire. The building had been subdivided into multiple apartments.

The construction works, including extensive refurbishment and restoration of the existing fabric, were completed within 24 months with Formation Architects also providing interior design services.

Apart from the main house, the property also boasts possibly the finest collection of garden buildings and follies of any country house in England. These exquisite little buildings were carefully restored with the help of specialised historic consultants.

The new Planning Permission involved various alterations and extensions including a brand-new extension to the Grade I listed building to contain a new swimming pool and health suite. Underground car parking was also part of the new scheme.
