Above 4-5 storeys, the site enjoys fantastic panoramic views of Canary Wharf to the west and the river to the south. The opportunity to maximise these views generated the design of one 25 storey building and two 22 storey buildings providing 437 apartments in total.

Tower 1 is orientated on an east / west axis, creating a new public realm and opening up the site to link with the Docklands Light Railway concourse. Towers 2 and 3 are orientated on a north / south axis, in response to local urban grain. The Greenwich Meridian line bisects the site linking the site and river front.

Planning consent was granted in 2005 and the construction was completed in 2008. The design also makes use of innovative construction techniques such as post-tensioned concrete slabs and pre-fabricated unitised façade panels. This project was awarded a British Homes Award in 2007.
