Halkin Gate House is a Grade II listed former coach house located within the Belgravia Conservation Area. The house was built during the 1830s and converted into a residence in the 1950s. Formation Architects were appointed as lead consultant and architect, working closely with the interior designer Kelly Hoppen.

The project involved the renovation of the existing residence over three floors and basement for a new owner. The interiors were extensively refurbished with a significant uplift to the exterior facades including a roof extension to make better use of the top storey.
