This project comprises two separate buildings, one for 50 apartments, the other for 54. Both buildings are 100% affordable with a mix of social rent and shared ownership units.
All rooms have full height glazed windows with Juliette balconies.
The simple brick volume is enlivened by a delicately detailed façade with an interplay of piers, recesses and string courses.
