The simple brick volume is enlivened by a delicately detailed façade with an interplay of piers, recesses and string courses. All rooms have full height glazed windows with Juliette balconies.
Both buildings are 100% affordable with a mix of social rent and shared ownership units. The buildings form is part of the affordable housing allocation within the prestigious Chelsea Waterfront development.
