The hotel together with the neighbouring office building frames the new Cambridge Square / Station forecourt.

The L-shaped building accommodates 217 rooms as well as a Business Centre, a leisure suite, retail, a restaurant, conference facilities, as well as 1,722sqft of retail space.

The scheme was given planning consent in 2017 and is currently on site.
