Building F2 will be a 45,000 sqft Business Centre and Co-working office space. The scheme incorporates train operating offices within the same building and has been moulded by its sensitive surroundings which creates the gateway into the CB1 estate in partnership with block B2 Aparthotel.
The scheme has been approved for planning and tender stage due to start, aiming to be on site in late 2021.
