Comprising mixed tenure private and affordable residential apartments, mixed retail, a new Tesco Store, flexible office/commercial floor space, leisure, car parking and public realm.

The development of the site at 275 Kennington Lane represents the first phase of the comprehensive redevelopment of the former Oval Gasworks site.

Formation Architects are currently progressing the detailed design using Revit BIM Level 2. The project is currently on site.
