This interesting corner site, had been a disused industrial site for some time. Our scheme retains the amount of commercial use at ground floor while providing an additional 74 no. private and shared ownership apartments above. The developer is London Newcastle who have established a reputation for high quality urban housing in Central London.

The rear of the site backs onto Wenlock Basin, an inlet off the Grand Union Canal. Many of the apartments therefore enjoy views of the canal which has been landscaped as private amenity space.

The design echoes the strong industrial architecture of the warehouses in the area using stack-bonded engineering bricks and large scale openings.
