A careful architectural approach to project delivery will bring with it a number of improvements and benefits for the project. Many aspects of the consented design have been revisited and developed in response to changes in the regulations and statutory legislation since planning permission was granted.

The proposals will enhance this part of the Portobello Road in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, contributing positively to the revitalisation of Wornington Green.
