This mixed-use residential scheme provides 53 new homes plus circa 1,500 sqm of commercial use, in a building with heights between 4 to 6 storeys. The commercial units are split up into three and are all located on the ground floor, two units are retained from the existing building.


The site sits between three streets with unique characters. The scale and massing of the proposal has been designed to respond to these varied street conditions and the wider context around the site.


Ample landscaping in the form of roof terraces ensure a variety of places for residents to enjoy, there is increased biodiversity throughout the site. Through these landscaped areas and the use of widened walkways, the scheme promotes social interaction and community living.


The scheme is currently in planning.

The site is within the development opportunity area identified in the Hounslow Town Centre Masterplan. This will play an integral role in the regeneration of Hounslow town centre.
