The scheme comprises 81 residential units including 25 units for Shared Ownership as well as 4 family units. A small public space is created at the eastern end of the site linking Evelyn Street to Clyde Street. The building’s core is located at this point opening off the new public space. The core is marked by a curved copper clad wall enclosing the stair.

The scheme was completed in 2009.

The facades subtly differentiate between the more formal front and the more relaxed back. The landscaping is designed to incorporate parking for the residents beneath a canopy of trees.
