7-11 Hester Road represents the final phase of Hutchison Whampoa’s mixed use residential, office and retail development at Albion Riverside, situated on the south side of the River Thames adjacent to Battersea Bridge.

The brief was to create flexible, efficient open plan office floor space on a tight infill site, which is constrained by a busy access road to the north and by onerous Rights to Light along the southern boundary.
