Concept Design

The proposal comprises the full redevelopment of former NHS facilities for residential use. The scheme consists of four blocks arranged around a central open space, which serves as focal point for the whole development.

The residential blocks range in height between three and five levels, responding to the scale of the surrounding properties. A number of existing mature trees have been retained and integrated within a comprehensive landscape scheme for the site.

Consent was granted in 2018 and the scheme has now been built and sold

Architectural language and detailing have been carefully devised to respect and enrich the local area, through the use of durable, traditional materials.
