This project for a mixed use building in Clerkenwell is a joint project led by Notting Hill Housing Association.

  • Client Joint venture between Notting Hill Housing Association and Mount Anvil
  • Size 161 apartments
  • Sectors
Mainstream Residential, Private Development, Housing Association
  • Services
    Concept Design, Construction Delivery

The building contains 161 apartments of which 2/3rds will be for private sale. At street level commercial units for rent provide active frontage on all three sides of the site. There is a basement level car park with 32 spaces. An internal courtyard provides a quiet visual amenity at the heart of the scheme.

The elevations are detailed in a restrained manner using stack bonded brickwork and glass and metal balconies. Strong horizontal bands of concrete contain and provide contrast to the brick.

The scheme was completed in 2012.
