Formation Architects have designed a 35-unit residential scheme located in the London Borough of Hounslow on behalf of Dominvs Property Developments Ltd. The scheme successfully achieved planning in January 2020.

The site is located on the A315 and is a short distance from Hounslow Central station, it is currently occupied by commercial buildings. The approved scheme provides 35 residential units with a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes. The proposal includes two buildings, one is along the street edge and is 5 to 4 storeys and the other, to the rear of the site, is 4 to 3 storeys. The proposal seeks to redevelop the ex-industrial brownfield site to provide much needed housing.

The scheme received unanimous consent from Councillors who praised the high-quality design and considered the additional 35 residential units a welcome contribution to the local housing stock, 40% of the flats will be affordable.
