Formation Architects has been appointed by Dominvs Group and have achieved planning permission for a high-rise residential scheme situated within Ealing’s Southall Opportunity Area.

The scheme, located in a highly sustainable location within the centre of Southall replaces a vacant commercial building with a 22-storey residential building. The building complements the developing skyline, by providing a marker immediately south of the station, where South Road turns into The Green.


The 95 flats are all dual aspect and benefit from private amenity spaces with far-reaching views across London.




The proposal will offer much needed enhancement to the public realm, by providing improved accessibility for pedestrians and helping to create green links between the site and the emerging developments towards the north east.
