The scheme has been developed together with a master plan over the last 18 months and has included in depth consultation and input from the local community and key local stakeholders through councillor meetings, discussions with local organisations and residents’ associations, and a public consultation.


31.5% of the flats will be affordable and 56% are family units.

Councillors praised the high-quality design and considered the additional 39 residential units a welcome contribution to the local housing stock.
