Often on ‘super-prime’ developments there are extensive engineering works to create large basements or retain existing façades before the interior work can begin. We have worked with the best engineers in the UK on complex construction projects such as this.
Just as with a bespoke private home, these speculative developments often involve a chosen interior designer to define the concepts. On one large ‘super-prime’ development our role was to coordinate no less than seven interior designers, three landscape architects and a concept architect – in addition to the normal consultant team.
